Verse 1.
There is a father who is Father of all.
He’s really kind, and he helps those who fall.
His love is loyal, and his anger is slow.
His goodness shines on the humble who know.

Verse 2.
There is a human who is just like this Dad.
He loved his Father – he was not ever bad.
[He] chose to be punished in place of us all.
We get his goodness if we humbly call.

Verse 3.
There is a Spirit who says, ‘Jesus is King!
This King’s alive and he rules everything.’
[The] Spirit still speaks in the pages of light.
He lifts the humble to eternal life.

Verse 4.

Jesus still reigns with his Father above.
He calls us home to his Kingdom of love.
If we are meek and we’re sorry for sin
[he] welcomes us gladly and says, “Come, enter in.”
