The Lord is immortal – he does not ever die.
The Lord is all truth – he does not ever lie.
He is full of all wisdom – he knows everything.
He’s living, he’s reigning – he’s the only true King.

The Lord breathes out life on the great and the small.
He pours out his blessings onto everyone, all.
We grow and we change from a child to adult.
But God stays the same – he’s safe like a vault.

The Lord, he has spoken in so many ways –
through prophets, through dreams in the old ancient days.
Today he still speaks in the pages of light.
So, listen and love him and he’ll give you sight.

Great Lord of all goodness – he’s the Father of light.
His angels adore him, they bow down to his might.
Let all people on earth do exactly the same,
that all might know Jesus and delight in his name.
